Guests appreciate the spacious rooms, some with park views, the delightful and varied choices in the breakfast and evening buffet, and the quick taxi rides to dining options at Mamsha Beach. With its location on Saadiyat Peninsula, you'll find a relaxing beach feeling, and it is only a short taxi ride away from Abu Dhabi Mall.

complicated controls inoperable telephone

The room controls were needlessly complicated. I found myself wrestling with a multitude of light switches every evening. IT WAS very frustrating trying to turn everything off. Seemingly, pressing the 'master off' switch only activated OTHER lights. The telephone did not work. I had to go downstairs to order room service. This seemed like a significant inconvenience, especially at night.

i found the staff generally helpful. the grounds are beautiful and the beach has clear water! taxi rides to mamsha beach were quick. that beach had many restaurants if one wants to dine outside.

The light switches were confusing. Many did not work as expected. it was quite loud. The atm was out of order . st regis was too far to access another atm.

clear blue water wholesome breakfast delayed check-in inactive key card

I stayed in a king room sea view. the beach had clear blue waters, and it was very lovely. the wholesome breakfast was also a plus. It had many options.

The check-in process was not smooth. It delayed my check in experience significantly. staff couldn't find my name initially, and the key card i was given was not activated.
